Shipping policy

SHIPPING TIMES:

If an order is placed by 10am EST, it will be shipped THE SAME BUSINESS DAY!!! All orders up to 15oz are shipped via USPS First Class or Ground Advantage. Typically, items take 3-5 business days to reach their desination. Our shipping policiy coincides with the USPS allowing up to 14 business days for delivery. We are dedicated to shipping items ASAP to avoid any delay that may incur during delivery. We are always happy to update you with transit times and delays, however, please keep in mind we are not the USPS and do not deliver your items therefore cannot control if a delay occurs.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING & UPGRADES:

We also offer the following expedited shipping options during checkout for an additional cost: Priority 2-3 Day Shipping & Priority Next Day Shipping. If you prefer another shipping supplier, please contact us and we would be happy to look into your prefered option. 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Shipping times for custom orders vary by order. Custom order details (names, location, date, etc...) are to be provided by customer. When your order is placed you will receive an email within 24 hours with proofing information and/or any questions we may have. When the order is ready to print you will receive a virtual proof (picture) of the wording, printed on text, prior to printing the final design. If time is of the essense and you are in a time constraint, please check your messages regularly as we will not ship without prior approval of your virtual proof.
